31 May (Friday) Mindfulness Through Candle Crafting

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences
occurring in the present moment. We will employ the therapeutic approach of candle
crafting using essential oils and organic soy wax, to restore physical and mental health benefits (psychological flexibility). This will be hands-on session with all supplies provided. Please confirm your attendance that you want to come for the workshop by Wednesday.
